In our Spanish lesson #54 we will learn one way of conjugating the future tense in Spanish. There are two ways of building a sentence in Future Tense in Spanish. One is conjugating the verb in future. The other one, which we will learn first, is similar to English: you use an auxiliary verb (verbo “ir”, or “to go”) conjugated in the present tense + “a” (to) + verb in infinitive. Ex: Yo voy a correr – I will run (literally: I go to run).

Although we are focussing more on vocabulary and grammar, pay attention to the Spanish pronunciation, and remember to practice repeating the same words and sounds.
