New PayPal Donate Button

Dear students and followers,

Today I integrated a DONATE button in my website. You will see it on the top-right  side of the page. This doesn’t mean that I am thinking of charging any money for the lessons, tests or questions. As you can read in my About page, it has always been my intention from the very beginning to share everything freely with the internet community: YOU. And this will not change in the very least.

Rather, the possibility of opening a channel for DONATIONS was a suggestion from many students for the last several months. At the beginning I was not convinced. It takes just a couple of minutes to create the button if you have a PayPal account. But for somebody that had never ever neither requested nor even hinted anything regarding donations, it was more a psychological obstacle than a pragmatical one. But after two more students suggests it again yesterday, I finally said “Why not!”.

So, dear students, all the material and learning resources that are here will still be here for free, and nothing will change that. I’m still planning to implement some new ideas to improve learning. And, of course, if anybody is willing to donate, I will also appreciate that a lot!

This donation button belongs and is linked to PayPal. So, it is totally safe. In addition, my website has a paid Security Certification that grants that it is SAFE. You will recognize the security certification badge visible on the lower-right corner of the page.

I have done some online donations some years ago, but I have never implemented it from the receiving side. So, this is going to be a very interesting thing for me to see how it works!
