The verb HAY in Spanish

HAY in Spanish is a very unique form or conjugation of the Spanish verb HABER. The Spanish verb HABER is one of the 4 most important Spanish verbs. And this is a unique conjugation that is exclusive of this particular verb.

What is HAY in Spanish for?

We use HAY in Spanish to imply THERE IS or THERE ARE.

I think this is enough to transmit how important this single word is.
